Shipping & Returns
Orders can be placed through our web shop. We aim to process (dispatch) all orders within 24 hours.
Any order which does not comply with our requirement is in danger of suffering a delayed turnaround. Occasionally, during extremely busy periods, we may take 48 hours. Speed of service is one of our main priorities so if for any reason you have not received any status update within this time period, please get in touch. As great as technology is, sometimes notifications and emails lose their way!
All goods are signed for on delivery and we ask that you check your goods on receipt. Should a consignment arrive damaged, we ask you please write it on the CMR and send us with the appropriate "Claim Form". If you sign for a damaged consignment, you are accepting the goods arriving in an acceptable state. Any Order discrepancies must be notified to Renshaw Europe within 48 hours. We are dealing with food stuffs and food contact products, we do not accept any returns. By not accepting returns, we have 100% traceability of our products and can supply them to our customers knowing they are untampered and safe. Because of this, please ensure you do not make any mistakes when ordering. Once an order is shipped, it is on a one way journey.
